Implemented a platform-wide demo mode that masks sensitive data via CSS, persists across navigation, and integrates AI detection to automatically flag and mask newly-added sensitive fields — preventing future exposure without manual intervention.

The platform's core PDF generation service — a business-critical feature — lacked automated test coverage, creating deployment risk and blocking team confidence in rapid iterations.

Contribution

Established automated test coverage for the PDF generation service using Jest, achieving 90%+ coverage on the NestJS implementation. This enabled safe, rapid deployments and created a testing pattern for other applications.

Event owners had no seamless way to embed a checkout process on their own websites while preserving brand consistency - only solution was our website with Events.com visual identity.

Built a fully-customizable, embeddable iframe using Next.js that allows event owners to customize the styles while matching their website's brand identity.

Built the Box Office application using Next.js, integrating Stripe card readers. This unified online and physical event operations, giving organizers a single platform for hybrid ticketing.

Led the progressive migration from Angular to React, systematically refactoring the codebase while maintaining full platform availability. This modernized the architecture for scale with a safe approach.

Apps suffered from accumulated technical debt, slow build times, and fragmented architecture, creating deployment friction and inconsistent user experiences across the platform.

Platform modernization: optimized apps, strengthened security, implemented best practices guidelines, and strategically migrated two products to independent microfrontend architectures, while delivering a rebranding using the client's Design System.
